SOS, through its lead pro bono counsel, Sidney D. Torres, III, requested that the Louisiana Supreme Court step in on behalf of the residents of St. Bernard.  We are asking the Louisiana Supreme Court to reverse the lower court rulings that say our lawsuit must wait until the Louisiana International Terminal has permits.  We believe that our case can and should proceed now to avoid delay.
